Accessibility & Layout Details:
• All 1BR units are on the first floor with no interior stairs. Most also have step-free entry—please inquire if this is important to you.
• All 2BR units are townhouse-style with bedrooms located upstairs.
• The Ballentine Bungalow has one step to enter through the front door and 2 steps for the back door.
• The Ballentine Lake house has 3-4 steps for the front and side doors. There are stairs to the walk-out basement.

Quiet area! No issues at all during my stay. Lovely renovated one bedroom. I would not recommend for children; preferably for a single person or husband/wife. Katie was an excellent host ;)

I originally booked for another property with the same owner. They informed that the current tenant may be staying longer but they offered me another unit that had just been renovated and no one had occupied it yet for the same rate as the original property. It was an upgrade all the way around. It was a bigger space with another bedroom. The owners were/are very responsive, courteous and gracious. Any questions or issues I had, they responded to me right away and took care of the issue when it was convenient for me. I work nights and they made sure not to bother me during the day and kept me informed of anything that may need to be done in the property or surrounding area. Super nice people! They allow pets and I was able to bring my cat with me. Katie was able to meet my cat one day and she gushed over her. It doesn’t get any better than that. I 100% will be contacting them again if I need a place to stay in that area.
